Als Softwareentwickler:in mit Hardwarekompetenz (m/w/d) bist du ein wichtiges Mitglied unseres technischen Entwicklungsteams. Du arbeitest an der Entwicklung, Anpassung und Integration von Softwarelösungen, die eng mit Hardwarekomponenten verknüpft sind – sei es zur Steuerung technischer Systeme, zur Datenerfassung oder zur Automatisierung von Prozessen.
In dieser Rolle entwickelst du Software entlang des gesamten Entwicklungszyklus: von der Anforderungsanalyse über die Implementierung bis hin zu Tests und Inbetriebnahmen. Du arbeitest sowohl im Team als auch eigenverantwortlich an Softwareprojekten, die häufig hardwarenahe Komponenten, Sensorik, Steuergeräte oder eingebettete Systeme einbeziehen. Deine Aufgaben umfassen außerdem die Fehleranalyse, Optimierung bestehender Lösungen sowie das Enge Zusammenspiel mit der Hardware, um zuverlässige, performante und wartbare Systeme zu realisieren.
Du stehst in regelmäßigem Austausch mit Kolleg:innen aus der Elektronik-, Maschinen- und Fertigungsentwicklung und bringst deine Kenntnisse in interdisziplinäre Projekte ein. Dabei unterstützt du auch bei Tests vor Ort, bei der Dokumentation der Lösungen und bei der Betreuung von Prototypen bis zum Serienstand. Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. Informatik, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, technische Informatik) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung als Softwareentwickler mit Hardwarekompetenz (m/w/d) mit
- Du bringst fundierte Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung (C/C++, Python, Embedded, Echtzeit) mit
- Du verfügst über Kenntnisse in hardwarenaher Programmierung und Schnittstellen (z. B. UART, SPI, I2C, CAN)
- Du hast Erfahrung mit mikrocontrollerbasierten Systemen, Embedded Linux oder vergleichbaren Plattformen
- Du hast Verständnis für elektronische Schaltungen und Sensorik / Aktorik
- Du arbeitest analytisch, selbstständig und strukturiert
- Du zeigst Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und lösungsorientiertes Denken
- Du verfügst über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
