Was erwartet dich?
- Du fertigst eigenverantwortlich individuelle Möbelstücke und Innenausbauten an unserem modernen, CNC-gesteuerten Maschinenpark.
- Du übernimmst die fachgerechte Vormontage in der Werkstatt und die passgenaue Endmontage direkt bei unseren Kunden vor Ort.
- In enger Abstimmung im Team stellst du die Einhaltung unserer Qualitätsstandards und die termingerechte Umsetzung der Projekte sicher.
- Du arbeitest für abwechslungsreiche Kunden im Umkreis, zum Beispiel für Kindergärten oder öffentliche Einrichtungen, und bist das Gesicht unserer Qualität vor Ort.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Schreiner:in, Tischler:in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du bringst idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Umgang mit CNC-gesteuerten Holzbearbeitungsmaschinen mit.
- Eine selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus und du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B.
- Als echter Teamplayer hast du Freude daran, gemeinsam mit deinen Kolleg:innen hochwertige Möbel zu fertigen.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (mind. C1), um dich sicher im Team und auf Baustellen abzustimmen.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
