Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten die Steuerung und Bedienung der zentralen Floatglasanlage – vom Ofen über das Floatbad bis zum Kühlkanal.
- Über das Prozessleitsystem überwachen Sie alle relevanten Parameter wie Temperatur, Druck und Glasstand, um einen stabilen Anlagenbetrieb zu gewährleisten.
- Sie sichern aktiv die hohe Produktqualität, indem Sie das Glasband visuell kontrollieren, wichtige Daten erfassen und Ihre Ergebnisse dokumentieren.
- In enger Abstimmung mit Ihrem Schichtteam reagieren Sie auf Prozessabweichungen und tragen gemeinsam zur Störungsbehebung bei.
- Zusätzlich sorgen Sie für einen reibungslosen Materialfluss, indem Sie Glasgestelle mittels Glastransporter sicher und fachgerecht bewegen.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Maschinen- und Anlagenführer, Verfahrensmechaniker oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation.
- Sie bringen erste Berufserfahrung in der Bedienung von Produktionsanlagen mit und haben ein gutes technisches Verständnis.
- Als echter Teamplayer zeichnen Sie sich durch eine sorgfältige, eigenständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise aus.
- Im Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen sind Sie vertraut.
- Für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Team kommunizieren Sie sicher auf Deutsch (mindestens C1-Niveau).
