Regelmäßige Serviceeinsätze bei Kund:innen vor Ort zur Wartung und Reparatur von Lagertechnik und Flurförderzeugen.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Wartung, Instandhaltung und Reparatur von Flurförderzeugen wie Gabelstaplern oder Lagertechnik und stellst so deren Betriebsbereitschaft sicher.
- Du führst eigenständig Fehlersuchen sowie Diagnosen durch und behebst Störungen in den Bereichen Mechanik, Elektrik und Hydraulik.
- Du bist für die Durchführung und Dokumentation der gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Sicherheitsprüfungen verantwortlich.
- Als direkter Ansprechpartner vor Ort berätst du unsere Kund:innen kompetent bei technischen Fragen und zu passenden Lösungen.
- Du verwaltest eigenständig den Ersatzteilbestand, ermittelst den konkreten Bedarf und sorgst für eine reibungslose Materialverfügbarkeit.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, z. B. als Kfz-, Nutzfahrzeug- oder Baumaschinen-Mechatroniker:in.
- Idealerweise bringst du mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im technischen Service mit, vorzugsweise im Bereich Lager- oder Flurfördertechnik.
- Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse in Mechanik, Elektrik und Hydraulik sowie gute PC-Kenntnisse.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist selbstständig, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert.
- Im Kundenkontakt trittst du sicher, verbindlich und serviceorientiert auf.
- Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch (Wort und Schrift) und bringst englische Grundkenntnisse mit.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
