Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst die monatliche Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung für alle Mitarbeitenden einschließlich Schicht- und Akkordmodell eigenständig durch
- Du erstellst regelmäßig HR Reportings, Statistiken und Analysen
- Du unterstützt das HR Team im täglichen Geschäft
- Du pflegst und verwaltest die Personalstammdaten
- Du bist Ansprechperson für Fragen zur Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung und übernimmst die Kommunikation mit Krankenkassen sowie Behörden
- Du unterstützt bei Betriebsprüfungen und arbeitest eng mit Sozialversicherungsträgern sowie Finanzämtern zusammen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein entsprechendes Studium, idealerweise als Personalfachkauffrau:Personalfachkaufmann (m/w/d)
- Du bringst mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im HR Bereich mit, vorzugsweise mit Schwerpunkt Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
- Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse im Sozialversicherungs- und Arbeitsrecht, ergänzt durch eine relevante Weiterbildung
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit HR und Zeiterfassungssystemen sowie in MS Office

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
