Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie sind das Gesicht zum Kunden und bauen als erste:r Ansprechpartner:in langfristige, vertrauensvolle Beziehungen zu Ihren Gewerbe- und Industriekund:innen im Außendienst auf.
- Sie identifizieren und gewinnen eigenständig neue Firmenkund:innen, um Ihren Kundenstamm strategisch zu erweitern und Vertriebsziele zu erreichen.
- Sie analysieren die Risikosituation Ihrer Kund:innen und beraten sie proaktiv zur Optimierung der Deckungsqualität in den relevanten Komposit-Sparten (Haftpflicht, Sach, Transport etc.).
- Sie verantworten den gesamten Betreuungsprozess von der Vorbereitung der Jahresgespräche bis zur Nachverfolgung von Angeboten, stets in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Innendienst-Team.
- Im Schadensfall agieren Sie als verlässliche:r Partner:in, begleiten Ihre Kund:innen durch den Prozess und koordinieren die notwendigen Schritte mit den Fachabteilungen.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Versicherungskaufmann (m/w/d) oder ein vergleichbares Studium im Versicherungswesen.
- Sie verfügen über fundierte Kenntnisse in den Komposit-Sparten, insbesondere in den Bereichen Haftpflicht-, Sach- und Rechtsschutzversicherung.
- Sie bringen mehrjährige, nachweisbare Erfolge im Vertrieb mit, idealerweise im Gewerbe- oder Industriekundengeschäft bei einem Versicherungsmakler.
- Ihre Arbeitsweise ist geprägt von hoher Kunden- und Serviceorientierung, Zuverlässigkeit und einem sicheren Auftreten.
- Sie gehen routiniert mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen um.
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind für Sie selbstverständlich.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
