Was erwartet dich?
- Du organisierst, überwachst und optimierst den täglichen operativen Geschäftsablauf und stimmst dich eng mit den angrenzenden Abteilungen ab
- Du planst, koordinierst und führst nationale und internationale Versandprozesse und Transporte per Luft, See und Straße unter Anleitung und Koordination deines Teams durch
- Du stellst die Beschaffung von Exportgenehmigungen sicher und kommunizierst mit dem Bundesamt für Wirtschaft und Ausfuhrkontrolle (z.B. Ausfuhranmeldungen, Ursprungszeugnisse)
- Du wickelst Zollformalitäten im Import und Export ab, einschließlich der Erstellung aller notwendigen Versand- und Zolldokumente (z.B. Speditionsaufträge, Ausfuhrbegleitdokumente) und forderst Beglaubigungen/Legalisierungen bei Handelskammern und Botschaften an
- Du bearbeitest eigenständig Akkreditive in Abstimmung mit der Finanzabteilung und unterstützt bei Außenwirtschaftsprüfungen
- Du führst Compliance-Prüfungen durch

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position, vorzugsweise in einem mittelständischen Industrieunternehmen mit erster Führungserfahrung
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Exportmanagement, Logistik, Spedition, Transport oder Außenwirtschaft; alternativ eine Ausbildung als Exportsachbearbeiter:in/Manager:in oder vergleichbar
- Du hast tiefgehende Kenntnisse im Bereich Zoll und Export und bist teamfähig
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, effizient und selbständig und denkst und handelst unternehmerisch
- Du trittst sicher auf und hast Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
