Mit einem tiefgehenden Abrechnungswissen klärst Du alle Fragen, findest Lösungen und gibst Sicherheit im komplexen KFO-Abrechnungsalltag – ob telefonisch, per Mail oder im direkten Austausch. Dank Dir läuft deren KFO-Abrechnung effizient, transparent und ohne Überraschungen.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist Ansprechpartner:in für Zahnärzt:innen zu allen Fragen der KFO-Abrechnung
- Du berätst und unterstützt unsere KFO-Fachlabore (intern), unsere Laborkund:innen und unsere angeschlossene KFO-Fachpraxis
- Du bist in den Praxisablauf (Abrechnung, Patientengespräch, interne Fortbildung) der angeschlossenen KFO-Praxis eingebunden
- Du stellst eine einwandfreie Umsetzung der KFO-Leistungsabrechnung für GKV- und PKV-Fälle sicher

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zahnmedizinische Verwaltungsassistentin (ZMV), Praxismanagerin, zahnmedizinische Fachangestellte (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt kieferorthopädische Leistungen oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation
- Deine berufliche Erfahrungen kommen aus einer KFO-Praxistätigkeit, von einem KFO-Abrechnungsservice bzw. Factoring-Anbieter
- Du hast sehr gute Fachkenntnisse in der KFO-Abrechnung (gesetzlich & privat) und Erfahrung im Umgang mit Abrechnungssoftware und Abrechnung mit Kostenträgern
- Du verfügst über fundiertes Wissen im KFO-Abrechnungswesen (BEMA, GOZ etc.) und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Abrechnungsfragen verständlich zu erklären
- Du bringst Beratungskompetenz mit und hast Freude am Kontakt mit Zahnarztpraxen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
