Build & Test neu gedacht: Du planst, konfigurierst und richtest unsere Build- und Testumgebungen ein – sowohl physisch als auch virtuell. Dabei achtest du auf Stabilität, Performance und klare Strukturen
Prozesse smart gestalten: Du unterstützt unsere agilen Teams bei der Einführung und Optimierung von Build-Prozessen und denkst Abläufe aktiv weiter
Automate First: Du treibst Automatisierung konsequent voran und sorgst für eine skalierbare, effiziente und moderne Infrastruktur
Tech Stack weiterentwickeln: Du arbeitest mit aktuellen Technologien wie Terraform, Ansible, ArgoCD, Docker und Kubernetes – und bringst neue Ideen für sinnvolle Erweiterungen ein
Systembetrieb: Du administrierst Betriebssysteme, Server sowie DevOps-Anwendungen wie GitLab, Rancher oder Proxmox – zuverlässig und sicher
Teams intelligent vernetzen: Du übersetzt Anforderungen, stimmst Grenzen und Lösungen ab und sorgst für eine klare Kommunikation zwischen Entwicklung, IT-Administration und Testteams
Deployment Packages: Du entwickelst und unterstützt bei der Pflege von Betriebspaketen wie VM-Appliances, Container-Images oder Helm-Charts – und bringst kreative Ansätze in Automatisierung & Deployment ein

Was solltest du mitbringen?

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung in Informatik oder einem vergleichbaren technischen Fachgebiet
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im DevOps-Bereich und praxisnahe Erfahrungen mit den gängigen Tools
Gerne geben wir auch Berufseinsteigern eine Chance: Überzeuge uns mit deinem Engagement und wir vermitteln Dir die fehlenden Kenntnisse
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Administration von Betriebssystemen (MS Windows, Linux oder macOS)
Erfahrung mit Script-Sprachen wie Python, Bash oder PowerShell sammeln
Ausgeprägtes Interesse oder praktische Erfahrungen in Virtualisierung (Proxmox), Containerisierung (Docker, Kubernetes) oder Netzwerktechnik sind von Vorteil
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute bis sichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Freude an Teamarbeit sowie eine eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
