Teamleitung Bakteriologie
- Du führst ein junges, motiviertes Laborteam in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Laborärzten und der Geschäftsleitung
- Du bist Ansprechpartner(in) für fachliche und organisatorische Fragen für dein Team
- Du organisierst Dienst- und Einarbeitungspläne
- Gemeinsam mit deinem Team bearbeitet ihr bakteriologische Untersuchungsmaterialien aus dem gesamten klinischen Spektrum
- Gemeinsam kümmert ihr Euch um den gesamten diagnostischen Prozess - von der Probenanlage bis hin zur Erregerdifferenzierung und Resistenztestung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast einen staatlich anerkannten Abschluss als MTLA
- Du bringst mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem medizinisch-bakteriologischen Labor mit
- Du hast idealerweise bereits Führungserfahrung
- Du bist flexibel, hast eine hohe Lernbereitschaft und sichere Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1-Niveau)
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, verantwortungsbewusst und bist ein(e) echte(r) Teamplayer(in)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
