Du verantwortest den Aufbau und die Weiterentwicklung unseres Trainings- und Enablement-Ökosystem. Du entwickelst skalierbare Trainingskonzepte, produzierst hochwertige Lerninhalte für unser Learning-Management-System (LMS) und sorgst dafür, dass Kunden und Partner unsere Plattform sicher, effizient und eigenständig einsetzen können.
In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Product Management, PreSales und Customer Success übersetzt du technische Features, Use Cases und Best Practices in verständliche, praxisnahe und hochwertige Trainingsformate.

Was erwartet dich?
- Aufbau und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung eines strukturierten Trainingsprogramms von Onboarding über Advanced-Trainings bis hin zu Zertifizierungen
- Konzeption modularer Lernpfade für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen wie Kunden (Admins, Security Engineers, SOCs) und Partner (PreSales, Consultants, MSSPs)
- Definition von klaren Lernzielen, Prüfungsformaten und Zertifizierungslogiken
- Konzeption, Produktion und Veröffentlichung hochwertiger Lerninhalte für das LMS, darunter Zertifizierungstrainings, Produktschulungen, How-to-Videos, Hands-on Labs, Architektur- und Best-Practice-Guides, Use-Case-Guides sowie Deployment- und Operations-Handbücher
- Aufbau und Durchführung von Demo- und POC-Trainings sowie praxisnahen Use-Case-Workshops
- Entwicklung realistischer technischer Szenarien wie Ransomware-Angriffe, Lateral Movement oder SIEM-Use-Cases in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Security Analysten
- Identifikation neuer Schulungsbedarfe auf Basis von Produktentwicklungen, neuen Features und Marktanforderungen
- Sicherstellung der kontinuierlichen Pflege, Aktualisierung und qualitativen Weiterentwicklung aller Trainingsinhalte im LMS

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Tiefgehendes technisches Verständnis im Bereich IT-Security, z. B. in SIEM, Vulnerability Management, Endpoint- und Network Security
- Praktische Erfahrung mit Linux, Netzwerken, Logs, Security-Architekturen und Security-Operations-Prozessen
- Beruflicher Hintergrund als Security Engineer, SOC Analyst, PreSales Engineer oder Security Consultant
- Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Umsetzung von Trainings, Lernpfaden und technischen Schulungsformaten
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Inhalte klar, verständlich und praxisnah zu vermitteln
- Routine vor der Kamera sowie Erfahrung in der Erstellung und dem Schnitt von Video-Content, idealerweise mit Tools wie der Adobe Suite
- Sicherer Umgang mit Learning-Management-Systemen und digitalen Lernformaten
- Hohe Eigenverantwortung, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
