Was erwartet dich?
- Du berätst unsere Kund:innen bei der Planung, Konzeption und Umsetzung von Projekten im Microsoft-Umfeld
- Du übernimmst die Projektplanung, -steuerung und operative Unterstützung in Bereichen wie Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune etc.), Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory (on-prem & hybrid), File Services und Datenbanken, Netzwerkarchitekturen und -integration sowie IT-Sicherheit, Identity & Access Management und Compliance
- Du analysierst bestehende IT-Landschaften und entwickelst moderne Zielarchitekturen (Cloud / Hybrid)
- Du setzt Automatisierungs- und Standardisierungskonzepte mittels CI/CD-Pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (z. B. Bicep, ARM, Terraform, Ansible) und Jenkins oder vergleichbaren Tools um
- Du übernimmst die technische Leitung von Teilprojekten
- Du arbeitest eng mit Kund:innen, Projektmanagement und internen Teams zusammen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als IT-Consultant im Microsoft Cloud- und Infrastrukturumfeld
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du verfügst über fundierte praktische Erfahrung mit Azure- und M365-Architekturen und hast gültige Zertifizierungen im Azure- und M365-Umfeld (z. B. AZ-104, AZ-305, MS-102 oder vergleichbar)
- Du besitzt Zertifizierungen im Projekt- und Servicemanagement wie z. B. ITIL, PRINCE2 oder Projektleitung / PMP oder vergleichbar
- Du hast ein sehr gutes Verständnis von Sicherheitskonzepten, Netzwerken und Identitätsmanagement und Erfahrung mit Automatisierung, DevOps-Methoden und CI/CD
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und selbstständig, bist kundenorientiert und verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du bist kurzfristig verfügbar

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
