- Du steuerst die operative Umsetzung unserer Marketing-Roadmap
- Du koordinierst Timelines, Deadlines und Stakeholder:innen (interne Teams, Freelancer:innen, Agenturen), damit Kampagnen (z. B. Praxis-Launches, Social Media Sprints) pünktlich live gehen
- Du hältst die Fäden zusammen und sorgst dafür, dass nichts durchs Raster fällt
- Du unterstützt operativ bei der Erstellung von Content: Ob Newsletter, Social Media Copy, Website-Texte oder Präsentationen – du hast ein Auge für Qualität und Tonalität
- Du stellst sicher, dass unser „Look & Feel“ über alle Kanäle hinweg konsistent bleibt (CI/CD)
- Du verwaltest unsere Marketing-Assets und briefst Grafiker:innen oder Content Creator:innen
- Du bereitest Entscheidungsvorlagen und Präsentationen für die Geschäftsführung vor (z. B. Pitches)
- Du unterstützt CEO und Marketing Lead bei strategischen Projekten und übernimmst die Vor- und Nachbereitung wichtiger Termine
- Du fungierst als Kommunikationsbrücke zwischen dem Marketingteam und wichtigen internen sowie externen Stakeholdern/Stakeholderinnen
- Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Data-Expertinnen und -Experten und Freelancern/Freelancerinnen zusammen
- Du nutzt die Insights, um unsere Content- und Kampagnenplanung zu optimieren
- Du lernst, wie Brand und Performance ineinandergreifen, um echtes Wachstum zu erzeugen
- Du gestaltest interne Kommunikationsformate (Team-Updates, All-Hands) und sorgst dafür, dass das gesamte Team unsere Marketing-Erfolge kennt und feiert
- Du unterstützt bei der Organisation von Events (z. B. Community Events, Messeauftritte)

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein relevantes Studium (z. B. Marketing, Kommunikation, Medienmanagement, BWL o. Ä.) abgeschlossen
- Du bringst 1–3 Jahre Berufserfahrung mit, idealerweise in einem dynamischen Umfeld (Start-up, Agentur, Beratung)
- Du bist stark im Projektmanagement: Du liebst Tools wie Notion und behältst auch bei mehreren parallelen Projekten den Überblick
- Du hast eine Content-Affinität: Du bist sicher im Texten (Deutsch) und hast ein Auge für Design (Erfahrung mit Canva oder Adobe Creative Cloud ist ein Plus)
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Google Workspace
- Du bist strukturiert & zuverlässig: Kreatives Chaos ist okay beim Brainstorming, aber nicht bei der Umsetzung. Auf dich ist Verlass

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
