Für unseren Standort in Trittau suchen wir motivierte Produktionsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) für die Bereiche Abfüllung und Konfektionierung.

Ob mit Erfahrung oder als Quereinsteiger (m/w/d): Du wirst strukturiert eingearbeitet und übernimmst Schritt für Schritt Verantwortung in einem sensiblen Produktionsumfeld, in dem Sorgfalt und Qualität entscheidend sind.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du bedienst, rüstest und überwachst unsere modernen Produktions- und Abfüllanlagen für Ampullen sowie Vials im Reinraum.
- Um unsere hohen Qualitätsstandards zu sichern, führst Du eigenständig In-Prozess-Kontrollen durch und dokumentierst alle Abläufe GMP-gerecht.
- Du bist für die fachgerechte Reinigung und Desinfektion der Produktionsanlagen und der Arbeitsumgebung gemäß strenger Hygienevorschriften verantwortlich.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Deinem Team stellst Du Materialien sowie Packmittel bereit und unterstützt bei Formatwechseln, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf zu gewährleisten.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der Produktion mit oder bist ein motivierter Quereinsteiger (m/w/d) mit technischem Interesse
- Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im pharmazeutischen, naturwissenschaftlich-technischen oder vergleichbaren Bereich ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
- Du bist bereit, in einem 3-Schichtsystem (5-Tage-Woche) zu arbeiten
- Du beherrschst die deutsche Sprache sicher in Wort und Schrift (mind. B2)
- Du bringst Motivation und Lernbereitschaft mit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
