Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt die Salesabteilung bei der Angebotserstellung und -abwicklung
- Du betreust unsere Kunden sowohl telefonisch, sowie persönlich und organisierst Kundentermine
- Du erstellst, pflegst und bereitest Dokumente und Präsentationen für unser Sales Team auf
- Du leistest administrative Unterstützung für unsere Projektleiter
- Du pflegst und aktualisierst das Projektmanagementtool
- Du unterstützt bei projektbezogenen Auswertungen und Dokumentationen
- Du wirkst bei der organisatorischen Planung und Durchführung des Rail Safety Campus mit, koordinierst Termine, Teilnehmer und Unterlagen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit mindestens 3 Jahren Berufserfahrung
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Assistenz, Sales oder Projektmanagement ist von Vorteil
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, selbstständig und zuverlässig
- Du besitzt Organisationsstärke und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office, einschließlich Word, Excel, Outlook und PowerPoint
- Du trittst gegenüber Kunden und Partnern freundlich und professionell auf

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
