In dieser Rolle bist du das Rückgrat unserer IT-Infrastruktur. Deine Aufgabe ist es nicht nur, den Status quo zu verwalten, sondern unsere Systeme aktiv auf das nächste Level zu heben.

Was erwartet dich?

Du betreust und optimierst unsere hybride Client- und Serverlandschaft (Windows/Linux/MacOS) sowie die Virtualisierungsumgebung im Rechenzentrum auf Basis VMware
Du bearbeitest komplexe Tickets im Infrastruktur-Umfeld und fungierst als technischer Experte (m/w/d) bei tiefgreifenden Problemen
Du begleitest uns bei der Verwaltung und dem Ausbau unserer Multi-Cloud-Ressourcen (Microsoft Azure oder AWS) und M365-Services
Du stellst einen reibungslosen Betrieb sicher – von Firewalls und VPN-Zugängen bis hin zu Core-Switches und WLAN-Lösungen
Du implementierst Sicherheitsrichtlinien, überwachst Backup-Strategien und reagierst proaktiv auf Monitoring-Alarme
Du setzt auf automatisierte Deployments und Systemhärtung, minimierst manuelle Eingriffe und steuerst unsere Systemlandschaft intelligent
Du planst und realisierst technische Projekte in enger Abstimmung mit dem Head of IT - von der Konzeption bis zum Go-live
Du pflegst und lebst eine lückenlose, professionelle IT-Dokumentation und stellst sicher, dass Systemkonfigurationen, Prozesse und Notfallpläne jederzeit aktuell und für das Team transparent nachvollziehbar sind
Du steuerst externe Servicepartner und Provider, koordinierst Wartungseinsätze und stellst die Einhaltung vereinbarter Service-Level-Agreements (SLAs) sicher

Was solltest du mitbringen?

Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration, ein Studium der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung
Du verfügst über eine umfassende Expertise in der Windows-Administration (Server und Clients) sowie idealerweise Erfahrung in heterogenen Umgebungen mit macOS und Linux
Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Cloud-Infrastrukturen und modernen Workplace-Lösungen (M365, Intune/Endpoint Management)
Du kennst Begriffe wie VLAN, Routing, Subnetting und IPsec als tägliches Handwerkszeug
Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit Audits, Penetrationstests sowie Prozessen zur Business Continuity
Du arbeitest strukturiert sowie lösungsorientiert, übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und verfügst über ausgeprägte Kommunikations- sowie Organisationsfähigkeiten

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?

Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
