Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest die gesamte Finanzbuchhaltung, von der Kontenführung bis zur Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemäßen Buchführung.
- Du erstellst eigenständig die Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse und bereitest diese als Entscheidungsgrundlage für die Geschäftsführung auf.
- Du übernimmst das Mahnwesen sowie das Forderungsmanagement und sicherst so aktiv die Liquidität des Unternehmens.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung erstellst du relevante Auswertungen und unterstützt bei der finanziellen Steuerung.
- Du arbeitest täglich mit gängigen Buchhaltungsprogrammen sowie MS Office und wirkst bei der Optimierung der Buchhaltungsprozesse mit.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum:zur Buchhalter:in oder Bilanzbuchhalter:in.
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung mit, insbesondere in der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen.
- Im Umgang mit gängigen Buchhaltungsprogrammen und MS Office bist du sicher.
- Eine strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Zahlenaffinität und Teamgeist zeichnen dich aus.
- Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
