Finanzbuchhalter/Controller (m/w/d) in Teilzeit

Was erwartet dich?

Erstellung regelmäßiger Berichte über finanzielle Leistung des Unternehmens, einschließlich Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung, Bilanz und Cashflow-Statements
Kontenführung und selbständige und zuverlässige Verbuchung laufender Geschäftsvorgänge
Kreditoren-/Debitoren Buchhaltung sowie vorbereitende Lohn- und Gehaltsbuchhaltung
Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach gewissenhafter Prüfung der Buchungsbelege
Monatlicher Controlling-Bericht an die Geschäftsführung über die betriebswirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen
Ansprechpartner/in für die Steuerberatung und Mitwirkung bei der Anfertigung von Steuererklärungen
Verarbeitung des automatischen Zahlungsverkehrs und die Führung der Kasse
Unterstützung der Teammitglieder bei buchhalterischen, kaufmännischen oder betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen
Allgemeine kaufmännische Verwaltungstätigkeiten
Mitwirkung bei der fachbereichsbezogenen Prozessoptimierung
Digitalisierung von Arbeitsprozessen

Was solltest du mitbringen?

Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Finanzbuchhaltung und Controlling und du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in Rechnungswesen, Steuerrecht und Buchhaltungssoftwares
Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis und bringst unternehmensbezogenes Denken & Handeln mit und verfügst über eine hohe Eigenmotivation, Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität.
Du bist loyal dem Unternehmen gegenüber, kannst dich sehr gut selbst organisieren und erledigst die Aufgaben termingerecht, effizient und kostensparend
Du verfügst über einen sicheren Umgang mit Excel und Office Anwendungen sowie Softwareprogramme für die Finanzbuchhaltung und das Rechnungswesen
Du bist offen für neue Technologien und weißt, wie du KI-gestützte Sentiment-Analysen und Prozess-Tools nutzt, um noch schneller und präziser Workflows zu steuern.
Du bist ein kommunikativer Teamplayer und zeichnest dich durch Empathie, Zuverlässigkeit sowie ein kunden- und lösungsorientiertes Verhalten aus.
