Was erwartet dich?
- Du gestaltest den Vertriebszyklus aktiv mit – von der Recherche potenzieller Neukunden im Außendienst bis zum Aufbau nachhaltiger Kundenbeziehungen.
- Du bearbeitest eingehende Anfragen und unterstützt bei der Konzeption sowie Umsetzung von E-Mail- und Telefonkampagnen zur Lead-Generierung.
- Du erstellst aussagekräftige Vertriebsunterlagen und bereitest Vertragsverhandlungen vor, um unser Team beim erfolgreichen Abschluss zu unterstützen.
- Du dokumentierst deine Vertriebsaktivitäten sorgfältig in unserem CRM-System und erstellst regelmäßige Reports als Entscheidungsgrundlage für das Management.
- Gemeinsam mit dem Team repräsentierst du unser Unternehmen auf Messen und baust bei Networking-Events dein berufliches Netzwerk auf.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst erste praktische Erfahrung im Vertrieb oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit und brennst darauf, im Sales durchzustarten.
- Deine Kommunikationsstärke und Kundenorientierung zeichnen dich aus, idealerweise hast du bereits mit einem CRM-System gearbeitet.
- Du kommunizierst sowohl auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift.
- Mit deiner analytischen und lösungsorientierten Denkweise findest du für jede Kundenanfrage die passende Lösung.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
