Als Bauleiter HLKS (m/w/d) übernimmst du die eigenständige Leitung anspruchsvoller Projekte im Ruhrgebiet und führst dein Team fachlich zum Erfolg. Du steuerst sämtliche Abläufe von der Montageplanung bis zur Abnahme und sicherst dabei höchste Qualitätsstandards in einem modernen Arbeitsumfeld.
Was erwartet dich?
- Eigenständige Leitung und Koordination von Bauprojekten im Bereich HKLS
- Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung der Baustellenabläufe
- Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Terminplänen
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualität, Kosten und Terminen
- Überprüfung der Ausführungs- und Montageplanung
- Fachliche Anleitung von Montagepersonal und Nachunternehmern
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung geltender Normen, Richtlinien und Sicherheitsvorschriften (z. B. VOB, DIN, DGUV)
- Technische Lösungen und Optimierungen während der Bauphase entwickeln
- Ansprechpartner für Bauherren, Planer, Architekten, Behörden und interne Projektbeteiligte
- Teilnahme an Baubesprechungen und Dokumentation der Ergebnisse
- Regelmäßiges Reporting an Projekt- oder Bereichsleitung
- Nachtragsmanagement und Prüfung von Leistungsabweichungen
- Kontrolle und Abnahme von Leistungen der Nachunternehmer
- Mitwirkung bei Ausschreibungen, Vergaben und Abrechnungen
- Budgetkontrolle und Wirtschaftlichkeitsüberwachung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Versorgungstechnik, Sanitär-, Heizungs- und Klimatechnik oder vergleichbar
- Idealerweise Weiterbildung zum Meister/Techniker (m/w/d) oder abgeschlossenes Studium (Versorgungstechnik, Gebäudetechnik o.Ä.)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung HKLS
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Heizung, Klima, Lüftung und Sanitär
- Sicherer Umgang mit Planungs- und Projektmanagement-Tools (z. B. MS Project, CAD-Pläne lesen)
- VOB-Kenntnisse, Erfahrung im Nachtragsmanagement
- Grundverständnis angrenzender Gewerke (Elektro, Bau)
