Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Gesamtpraxisleitung mit Schwerpunkt Therapie-Organisation und Mitarbeiterführung und sorgst dafür, dass unser Praxisalltag stabil, effizient und patientenorientiert läuft
- Du steuerst Termin- und Kapazitätsmanagement (Auslastung, Engpässe, Wartelistenlogik) und arbeitest eng mit dem Front Office zusammen – ohne selbst dauerhaft am Empfang zu stehen
- Du verantwortest ein starkes Onboarding für neue Teammitglieder (festangestellt und frei) und stellst sicher, dass Standards, Abläufe und Kommunikation schnell sitzen
- Du führst das Team mit Dienstplänen, Urlaubsplanung, Feedback- und Konfliktgesprächen sowie einer strukturierten Fortbildungsplanung
- Du bist erste Ansprechperson für organisatorische Fragen rund um den Heilmittelkatalog (z.B. Rückfragen aus dem Front Office) und unterstützt dabei, dass Abläufe sauber und patientenfreundlich bleiben
- Du behältst die Abrechnung im Blick (operativ v.a. durch unser Front Office) und stellst Transparenz und Qualität in den Prozessen sicher
- Du bringst Ideen zur Prozessverbesserung ein und setzt Prozessänderungen pragmatisch um
- Du arbeitest mit unseren digitalen Tools wie Doctolib, THEVEA und Simplimed
- Du berichtest 14-tägig an die Geschäftsführung und sorgst für Klarheit bei Prioritäten, Engpässen und Verbesserungen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Physiotherapeut:in
- Du bringst 3–4 Jahre Berufserfahrung mit und die Ambition, in eine Führungsrolle hineinzuwachsen (Leitungserfahrung ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss)
- Du kommunizierst klar, wertschätzend und lösungsorientiert – intern im Team und im Umgang mit Patient:innen
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, kannst priorisieren und behältst auch bei hoher Taktung den Überblick
- Du hast eine hohe digitale Affinität und nutzt Tools selbstverständlich
- Du verfügst über Sprachlevel: Deutsch B2, Englisch B2; weitere Sprachen sind willkommen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
