Als Bauleiter SHK (m/w/d) koordinierst du eigenverantwortlich unsere spannenden Neu- und Bestandsbauprojekte in der Region. Du bist die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Handwerkern und Architekten und sorgst mit deinem Organisationstalent für höchste Qualität und Termintreue auf unseren Baustellen.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen SHK-Bauleiter (m/w/d).

Was erwartet dich?

Du übernimmst die eigenverantwortliche Bauleitung für unsere SHK-Projekte im Neu- und Bestandsbau und bist erste:r Ansprechpartner:in auf der Baustelle.
Du steuerst den gesamten Baustellenablauf, koordinierst deine Monteur-Teams und erstellst die detaillierte Einsatz- und Terminplanung.
Du bist die zentrale Schnittstelle für alle Projektbeteiligten und stimmst dich eng mit Kunden, Architekten sowie Lieferanten und anderen Gewerken ab.
Du verantwortest die Materialdisposition und stellst durch regelmäßige Kontrollen die hohe Qualität, Termintreue und Arbeitssicherheit sicher.
Du dokumentierst den Baufortschritt sorgfältig und unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Aufmaßen und der finalen Projektabrechnung.

Was solltest du mitbringen?

Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im SHK-Handwerk, z. B. als Anlagenmechaniker:in.
Idealerweise bringst du eine Weiterbildung zum Meister oder Techniker im SHK-Bereich mit.
Du verfügst über mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der SHK-Branche, gerne bereits mit erster Verantwortung für Baustellen oder Projekte.
Mit deinem Organisationstalent und deiner strukturierten Arbeitsweise behältst du auch bei komplexen Projekten den Überblick und setzt Termine durch.
Du kommunizierst sicher und kundenorientiert mit allen Projektbeteiligten – vom eigenen Team bis zu Architekten und Lieferanten.
Ein Führerschein der Klasse B sowie verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
