Deine Aufgaben
- Du verantwortest den Ausbau und die Weiterentwicklung des Artikel-Onboardings auf unseren Online-Marktplätzen
- Du gewährleistest eine termingerechte Veröffentlichung neuer Artikel über alle Marktplätze hinweg
- Du optimierst den gesamten Onboarding-Prozess und die Systemkette (Tradebyte, ERP, PIM, Middleware) stetig anhand definierter KPIs
- Du übernimmst die datengetriebene Steuerung und Prozessoptimierung anhand der Power BI Dashboards und behältst dabei Durchlaufzeiten sowie Fehler-Tracking im Blick
- Du identifizierst proaktiv potenzielle Fehlerquellen im Onboarding-Prozess und leitest operative Maßnahmen zur Performance-Steigerung ab
- Du überwachst kontinuierlich unsere Produktdaten sowie die Einhaltung plattformspezifischer Standards, um Sichtbarkeit und Conversion zu erhöhen
- Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für interne Abteilungen (z.B. Einkauf, Logistik, Controlling) sowie für externe Marktplatz-Partner:innen, um das Onboarding sicherzustellen

Dein Profil
- Du besitzt mindestens vier Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Marketplace / Online Marktplatz sowie Produktdatenmanagement, idealerweise im Fashion-Bereich
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Marketplace-Integratoren (wie Tradebyte), Power BI und ERP/PIM-Systemen
- Du hast Erfahrung im operativen Marktplatz Management gesammelt und kennst die Abläufe, Anforderungen und Tools der gängigen Plattformen (z.B. Zalando, About You, Amazon & Otto)
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenverantwortlich und bist motiviert, unser starkes Wachstum weiter voranzutreiben
- Du zeichnest Dich durch ein starkes Organisationstalent aus, arbeitest detailorientiert und besitzt ausgeprägte Analysefähigkeiten
- Du bist kommunikationsstark und verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2) in Wort und Schrift

You can upload your application documents in your Workwise profile. These can only be viewed by companies you are applying to.
Where can I find more information about the company?

Can I process my application afterwards?
Yes, this is possible. In your application overview you can view your information and make changes. If you have already been invited to an interview, editing is no longer possible. However, you can still add general information and upload additional documents in your profile.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
