Was erwartet dich?
- Du steuerst eigenverantwortlich die kaufmännische Verwaltung deines Immobilienportfolios, erstellst die Miet- und Hausgeldabrechnungen und pflegst alle Daten sorgfältig in unserer Software Karthago.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson pflegst du eine vertrauensvolle Kommunikation mit Eigentümer:innen sowie Mieter:innen und koordinierst externe Dienstleister.
- Du übernimmst den gesamten Vermietungsprozess von der Inserierung freier Wohnungen über den Abschluss rechtssicherer Mietverträge bis hin zur finalen Wohnungsübergabe.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserer technischen Abteilung beauftragst und überwachst du Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen und stellst so den einwandfreien Zustand der Objekte sicher.
- Du bereitest Eigentümerversammlungen sorgfältig vor, leitest diese souverän und sorgst für eine lückenlose Umsetzung der gefassten Beschlüsse.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Immobilienbereich (z. B. als Immobilienkaufmann/-frau oder -fachwirt:in) – zusätzliche Qualifikationen sind ein Plus.
- Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienverwaltung mit, idealerweise im Bereich WEG und Vermietung.
- Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse im WEG- und Mietrecht sowie ein gutes technisches Verständnis für die Instandhaltung von Gebäuden.
- Als Organisationstalent mit einer strukturierten Arbeitsweise behältst du stets den Überblick und überzeugst durch deine Zuverlässigkeit.
- Dank deiner Kommunikationsstärke und hohen Serviceorientierung bist du eine geschätzte Ansprechperson für Eigentümer:innen und Mieter:innen.
- Du sprichst und schreibst fließend Deutsch (mindestens C1-Niveau).

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
