Immobilienverwalter für Objektmanagement (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest die organisatorische und administrative Abwicklung sämtlicher Angelegenheiten rund um die Verwaltung und Vermietung der Immobilien
- Du bist Ansprechperson für die Eigentümer:innen, Mieter:innen und externe Dienstleister:innen
- Du inserierst freie Wohnungen, schließt Mietverträge ab und führst Wohnungsübergaben durch
- Du erstellst Miet- und Hausgeldabrechnungen für Mieter:innen und Eigentümer:innen und führst die Buchhaltung der Verwaltungsobjekte durch
- Du organisierst und leitest Eigentümerversammlungen
- Du bist in Zusammenarbeit mit unserer eigenen technischen Abteilung zuständig für die technische Objektverwaltung sowie die Koordination von Handwerker:innen und Dienstleister:innen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Immobilienverwalter:in/-kaufmann(frau) oder -fachwirt:in. Zusätzliche Weiterbildungen oder Zertifizierungen im Immobilienbereich sind von Vorteil
- Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienverwaltung gesammelt
- Du besitzt fundierte Fachkenntnisse im WEG- und Mietrecht
- Du verfügst über technisches Verständnis für Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen und Reparaturarbeiten
- Du zeichnest dich durch Kommunikationsstärke, Zuverlässigkeit, Organisationsgeschick, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit aus
- Du hast eine hohe Kundenorientierung und ein großes Servicebewusstsein

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills. In the job search you can use the language filter to find jobs without German language requirements. It is also helpful to provide language certificates.
