Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest die ganzheitliche Leitung unserer Kundenprojekte im hochwertigen Möbel-, Laden- und Messebau – von der ersten Idee bis zur finalen Übergabe.
- Du übernimmst die technische Arbeitsvorbereitung, triffst die Materialauswahl und erstellst präzise Kalkulationen, um die Wirtschaftlichkeit der Projekte sicherzustellen.
- Mithilfe von CAD/CAM-Systemen wie Rhino oder AutoCAD erstellst du Fertigungszeichnungen und bereitest die Daten für unsere moderne Produktion auf.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson berätst du unsere Kunden technisch, klärst Details und sorgst für eine reibungslose Kommunikation während des gesamten Projektverlaufs.
- Du arbeitest eng mit unserem internen Team aus Fertigung und Montage sowie mit externen Lieferanten zusammen und koordinierst alle Gewerke.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Holztechniker:in, Schreinermeister:in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Holzbereich.
- Idealerweise bringst du bereits Berufserfahrung in der Arbeitsvorbereitung für den Möbel-, Laden- oder Innenausbau mit.
- Du besitzt ein gutes technisches Verständnis und hast idealerweise schon mit einer CAD-Software (z. B. AutoCAD oder Rhino) gearbeitet.
- Du kommunizierst gerne mit Kunden, arbeitest eigenständig und behältst auch bei mehreren Projekten den Überblick.
- Du sprichst und schreibst Deutsch auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau (C1).

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
