Teamleiter für Verkehrsanlagen Planung (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du förderst die Entwicklung der Team-Mitglieder im Bereich VA-Planung
- Du koordinierst die dispositive Organisation des Teams in Abstimmung mit der Führungskraft
- Du gestaltest die strategische Entwicklung der Fachplanung VA in Zusammenarbeit mit der Führungskraft
- Du übernimmst interessante und spannende Projekte im Bereich der Planung von Verkehrsanlagen in den Leistungsphasen 1 bis 7 der HOAI und trägst die technische Verantwortung in der Projektbearbeitung
- Du entwickelst deine Fähigkeiten durch externe und interne Schulungen sowie Coachings weiter

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Bau- oder Umweltingenieurwesen oder eines gleichwertigen Studienganges
- Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als projektleitende:r Planer:in für Verkehrsanlagen Eisenbahn mit
- Du besitzt Softwarekenntnisse im Bereich AutoCAD, ProVI oder Briscad
- Du hast Kenntnisse in den gängigen MS-Office Produkten und gehst sicher mit der dazugehörigen Hard- und Software um
- Du hast Interesse an eigenverantwortlicher und teamorientierter Projektarbeit und bist loyal gegenüber dem Team
- Du hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und hohe Motivation

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
