Als Technical Lead Software Development berichtest du direkt an den CTO, steuerst unser Entwicklungsteam im Alltag und bist der zentrale technische Sparringspartner für deine Kolleg*innen. Du unterstützt das Team, wenn jemand nicht weiterkommt, und befähigst alle, ihr volles Potenzial zu entfalten – sowohl fachlich als auch persönlich.
Als Technical Lead Software Development berichtest du direkt an den CTO, steuerst unser Entwicklungsteam im Alltag und bist der zentrale technische Sparringspartner für deine Kolleg*innen. Du unterstützt das Team, wenn jemand nicht weiterkommt, und befähigst alle, ihr volles Potenzial zu entfalten – sowohl fachlich als auch persönlich.
Deine Aufgaben
- Komplexes & spannendes Produkt: Du arbeitest ganzheitlich an unserer innovativen webbasierten Learning Experience Platform und hast maßgeblich Einfluss darauf, wie die E-Learning Welt von morgen aussieht und funktioniert.
- Tech Stacks: Uns ist es wichtig, für unser Produkt immer die modernste Technik anzuwenden. Serverseitige Programmiersprache ist daher C# in ASP.NET CORE-Umgebung mit .NET 9/10. Für die Datenbank nutzen wir MSSQL und PostgreSQL. Clientseitiges Framework ist Vue.js 3. Bootstrap5 oder Tailwind 4 sind bei uns im Einsatz.
- Deine Perspektive: Egal ob leidenschaftlicher Fullstacker oder Architekt mit Weitblick – du kannst beides bei uns leben. Gemeinsam mit dem CTO steuerst du unser Engineering und begleitest ca. acht Releases pro Jahr.
- Agiles Team: Du bist proaktiver Teil unseres Scrum-Teams mit agilem Arbeitsprozess (CI/CD mit Tooling Teamcity/Octopus). Deine innovativen Umsetzungsideen sind absolut gewünscht und werden gehört.
- Mentoring: Du bist erster Ansprechpartner für technische Fragen und unterstützt aktiv, wenn Kolleg*innen nicht weiterkommen.
Du förderst den Wissensaustausch, gibst regelmäßiges Coaching, führst Code-Reviews mit Augenmaß durch und stärkst das Team in seiner fachlichen und persönlichen Weiterentwicklung. Deine Erfahrung hilft uns, Hürden zu beseitigen, gute Entscheidungen zu treffen und gemeinsam zu wachsen. - Qualität: Sicherstellen von Clean Code, Testbarkeit und Performance.

- Fullstack: C# ist deine Sprache und du bewegst dich schon mehrere Jahre sicher im Umfeld von ASP.NET Core. HTML5 und CSS sind dir ebenfalls keine Fremdwörter. Bringst du auch Erfahrung mit JavaScript Frameworks wie Vue.js mit? Perfect! It’s a match!

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
