Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst unsere Kund:innen fachkundig in die Bedienung unserer Anlagen ein und sorgst für eine reibungslose Übergabe nach erfolgreicher Installation
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Inbetriebnahme neuer Anlagen, inklusive Funktionstests und Qualitätskontrollen
- Du führst regelmäßige Wartungsarbeiten durch, um die Zuverlässigkeit unserer Anlagen sicherzustellen und identifizierst sowie tauschst Verschleißteile aus, um Ausfallzeiten zu minimieren
- Du diagnostizierst und behebst effizient Störungen direkt vor Ort und berätst unsere Kund:innen zur optimalen Nutzung und Pflege ihrer Anlagen
- Du bereitest deine Einsatztermine eigenverantwortlich vor und koordinierst Ressourcen und Materialien für effiziente Einsätze
- Du verwaltest dein eigenes kleines Ersatzteillager

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast idealerweise eine abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung (z.B. als Elektro- oder Sanitärinstallateur (m/w/d)) oder eine Affinität zur Haustechnik oder aus der Abwasserbranche
- Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich wie ein:e Unternehmer:in im Unternehmen
- Du hast Berufserfahrung im Bereich Kundenservice
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B und wohnst im Gebiet Tirol

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
