Du übernimmst als verantwortliche:r Projektleiter:in TGA die Leitung und Koordination vielseitiger Projekte während der Planungs-, Ausschreibungs- und Abwicklungsphase
Du erstellst Leistungsverzeichnisse, übernimmst die Kostenkontrolle und sorgst für die Einhaltung von Zeitplänen
Du erarbeitest gemeinsam mit internen und externen Architekt:innen und Fachplaner:innen integrierte Lösungen
Du kennst dich mit den Vorschriften und Sicherheitsstandards aus und sorgst für deren Einhaltung

Was solltest du mitbringen?

Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Gebäudetechnik, Elektrotechnik, Versorgungstechnik oder einem ähnlichen Studiengang oder alternativ eine Ausbildung als Elektroniker:in für Energie- und Gebäudetechnik
Du konntest idealerweise bereits Erfahrung mit den Strukturen und Arbeitsweisen in einem Ingenieur- und/oder Planungsbüro sammeln
Du verfügst über Kenntnisse in MSR-Technik, was von Vorteil wäre
Du zeigst ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Problemlösefähigkeiten
Du arbeitest selbstständig und strukturiert, was dir bei der Koordination und Kontrolle von Projekten hilft
Du zählst Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamfähigkeit im Arbeitsalltag zu deinen Stärken und beherrschst den Umgang mit MS-Office

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
