Was erwartet dich?
- Du steuerst eigenverantwortlich TGA-Projekte von der ersten Planung über die Ausschreibung bis zur finalen Abwicklung und Übergabe an den Kunden.
- Du erstellst Leistungsverzeichnisse und behältst mit Tools wie MS Office stets den Überblick über Kosten, Termine und Projektfortschritte.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Architekt:innen und Fachplaner:innen entwickelst du technisch und wirtschaftlich überzeugende Lösungen für die Gebäudetechnik.
- Du überwachst die fachgerechte Ausführung auf der Baustelle, koordinierst die Inbetriebnahme und stellst die Einhaltung aller relevanten Vorschriften und Qualitätsstandards sicher.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich TGA (z. B. Gebäudetechnik, Versorgungstechnik) oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung, wie eine Ausbildung als Elektroniker:in für Energie- und Gebäudetechnik mit.
- Du konntest bereits mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem Planungs- oder Ingenieurbüro sammeln.
- Du arbeitest eigeninitiativ sowie strukturiert und behältst auch bei komplexen Projekten den Überblick.
- Als kommunikativer Teamplayer bist du sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und hast idealerweise erste Kenntnisse in der MSR-Technik.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
