Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die eigenständige Errichtung, Inbetriebnahme und Konfiguration von Einbruchmelde- und Videoüberwachungsanlagen direkt bei unseren Kund:innen vor Ort.
- Du bist für die regelmäßige Wartung sowie die professionelle Analyse und Behebung von Störungen an den Sicherheitssystemen verantwortlich, um deren reibungslosen Betrieb sicherzustellen.
- Als technische:r Expert:in berätst du unsere Kund:innen, führst Systemeinweisungen durch und begleitest technische Abnahmen, auch gemeinsam mit Behörden.
- Du erstellst sorgfältig die technische Anlagendokumentation und arbeitest eng mit unserer CAD-Abteilung zusammen, um die Planungsunterlagen stets aktuell zu halten.
- Mit deiner Praxiserfahrung trägst du aktiv dazu bei, unsere technischen Standards und Serviceprozesse im Team kontinuierlich zu verbessern.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im elektrotechnischen Bereich (z. B. als Elektroniker:in für Informations- und Telekommunikationstechnik) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du bringst bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Installation und Wartung von Sicherheitstechnik mit, idealerweise im Bereich Einbruchmelde- oder Videoüberwachungsanlagen.
- Ein Führerschein der Klasse B ist für die Serviceeinsätze bei unseren Kunden unerlässlich.
- Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich sowie kundenorientiert und überzeugst durch deine zuverlässige und engagierte Arbeitsweise.
- Für die reibungslose Kommunikation im Team und mit Kunden sprichst du sehr gut Deutsch (C1-Niveau).
