Als Fachlicher Support-Spezialist (m/w/d) Lohnsoftware bei der eurodata AG leistest du in unserem Supportteam für unser Lohnabrechnungsprogramm edlohn einen wichtigen Beitrag. Du stehst mit der guten Mischung aus Lohnfachwissen und Wissen um die Anwendung des Programms unseren Lohnabrechner*innen zur Seite. Zu unseren Anwendern zählen Steuerberater, Lohndienstleister wie auch mittelständische Unternehmen.

Was erwartet dich?

Du betreust und unterstützt Kund:innen schriftlich und telefonisch, indem du Anfragen zur Anwendung der Software edlohn beantwortest
Du gestaltest aktiv mit und optimierst kontinuierlich interne Supportprozesse
Du arbeitest eng mit dem Produktmanagement zusammen, um Anwenderwünsche umzusetzen
Du dokumentierst sorgfältig alle relevanten Vorgänge und Supportfälle, um zur Weiterentwicklung des Produktes beizutragen

Was solltest du mitbringen?

Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in der Durchführung von Lohn-, Gehalts- und Baulohnabrechnungen, die du nachweislich durch Erfahrung bei einem Steuerberatenden, Lohnabrechnungsdienstleistenden oder direkt bei Arbeitgebenden erworben hast
Du bist serviceorientiert und hast Freude an der Unterstützung von Anwender:innen
Du arbeitest strukturiert und gewissenhaft und hast einen lösungsorientierten Denkansatz
Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Du hast idealerweise Englischkenntnisse

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?

Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?

Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
