Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Kundenbetreuung und die erste Anlaufstelle bei Anfragen zu unseren Softwarelösungen im Bereich Buchhaltung und private Steuern
- Du stellst telefonischen und schriftlichen Support für Buchhalter:innen und Steuerberater:innen über E-Mail und Ticketsystem bereit
- Du unterstützt Kund:innen bei der Implementierung und Anwendung unserer Softwareprodukte
- Du organisierst und führst Schulungen und Workshops durch, um den bestmöglichen Umgang mit der Software zu ermöglichen
- Du dokumentierst und analysierst Support-Anfragen und entwickelst Lösungsvorschläge zur schnellen und effizienten Bearbeitung
- Du arbeitest eng mit den Teams aus Produktmanagement und Entwicklung zusammen, um Kundenanforderungen zu priorisieren und zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung der Software beizutragen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Steuerfachangestellten (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und Erfahrung im Kundenservice oder IT-Support, bevorzugt im Bereich Buchhaltungs- oder Steuersoftware
- Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Einkommensteuergesetzgebung und Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, idealerweise auch im Bereich Jahresabschluss
- Du hast ein ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zu erklären
- Du bist kommunikationsstark, geduldig und arbeitest service- sowie lösungsorientiert
- Du bist hoch motiviert zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung und verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
