- Sie steuern den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess eigenverantwortlich – von der Erstellung der Anforderungsprofile in enger Abstimmung mit den Hiring Managern bis zur finalen Vertragsverhandlung
- Sie gewährleisten eine herausragende Candidate Experience, indem Sie Bewerber:innen wertschätzend und transparent durch alle Phasen des Auswahlprozesses begleiten
- Sie gestalten ein herzliches Willkommen und organisieren das Onboarding, um einen reibungslosen Start für neue Kolleg:innen sicherzustellen
- Sie behalten den Überblick über Ihre Recruiting-Kennzahlen und bringen sich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung unserer HR-Prozesse ein

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Recruiting mit, idealerweise aus der Personalvermittlung oder einer Agentur
- Sie beherrschen Active Sourcing als Ihr Handwerk (Suchlogik, Ansprache, Follow-Up)
- Sie haben Spaß an Onboarding, Vertragsgestaltung und HR-Sonderprojekten
- Sie arbeiten selbständig, sind verbindlich und bleiben einfach am Ball
- Sie bringen Kommunikation als Ihr Element ein – Telefon, Nachrichten, Austausch im Team
- Sie zeigen Zahlen- und Prozessgespür und einen guten Blick für das große Ganze
- Sie kommunizieren verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch in Wort und Schrift; gute Englischkenntnisse sind ein Plus

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
