Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie tragen die übergeordnete Verantwortung für die Vorbereitung, Steuerung und Abwicklung von Rohbaumaßnahmen
- Sie kontrollieren die Baudurchführung und die sorgfältige Bauausführung
- Sie steuern alle organisatorischen Abläufe für den Hoch- und Tiefbau und überwachen die Spezialtiefbauarbeiten
- Sie planen den Einsatz von Fachingenieur:innen, Fachberater:innen, Personal und Nachunternehmer:innen
- Sie koordinieren und steuern die Einzelgewerke sowie die Planung der Baustelleneinrichtung und Großgeräteeinsätze
- Sie überwachen die Dokumentation, leiten Bau- und Planungsbesprechungen und begleiten das Nachtragsmanagement
- Sie führen Baustellenbegehungen durch und überwachen die Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen
- Sie stellen die Gesundheits-, Sicherheits- und Umweltschutzvorgaben sicher

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Bauleiter:in in der Rohbaubranche
- Sie bringen idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit Abrechnungs- und Kalkulationsprogrammen (wie z.B. RiB iTWO) mit
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen (Diplom/Master/Bachelor) oder sind geprüfte:r Handwerksmeister:in bzw. Techniker:in
- Sie verfügen über fachspezifische IT-Kenntnisse in REVIT, IFC-Standards, MS Projekt, etc.
- Sie arbeiten selbstständig, engagiert und systematisch
- Sie besitzen sehr gute Deutsch-, sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und haben fachliche Führungskompetenzen
- Sie denken unternehmerisch, zeigen Einsatzbereitschaft, Eigeninitiative und Teamgeist

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
