Für den Standort Dresden wird baldmöglichst ein Projektmanager (m/w/d) gesucht, der nationale und internationale technische Projekte eigenverantwortlich leitet. Die Position umfasst die Steuerung von Projektteams, die Sicherstellung von KPIs, die Kommunikation mit Kunden und Partnern sowie das Änderungs- und Eskalationsmanagement. Erwartet werden eine technische Hochschulausbildung, fundierte Projektmanagementerfahrung, sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Reisebereitschaft.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du leitest nationale und internationale Projekte
- Du stellst die Einhaltung der Projekt-KPI sicher
- Du führst und koordinierst die am Projekt beteiligten internen und externen Partner:innen
- Du bist verantwortlich für die interne und externe Projektkommunikation
- Du führst und moderieren regelmäßige Projektmeetings
- Du übernimmst das Änderungs-, Claim- und Eskalationsmanagement im Rahmen der Projekte
- Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson (m/w/d) für Kund:innen, Mitarbeitende und Lieferant:innen
- Du erstellst Projektberichte, dokumentierst die Projekte und berichtest an den Teamleiter PM
- Du verhandelst Nachträge, Mehrungen und Änderungen

Was sollten du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Hochschulausbildung mit kaufmännischer Zusatzausbildung
- Du verfügst über eine Projektmanagementausbildung nach PMI, IPMA und PRINCE2
- Du hast mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Leitung technischer Projekte
- Du besitzt verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du hast SAP-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in den Modulen PS, SD, MM
- Du hast nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Führung von Projektteams
- Du verfügst über Kenntnisse in Projektmanagementtools wie Jira, Kanban, MS Projects
- Du trittst eloquent, zielgruppenorientiert und sicher auf, von der Baustelle bis zum Konzernvorstand
- Du bist reisebereit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
