Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie beobachten, analysieren und bewerten aktiv Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Technologietrends
- Sie übernehmen die End-to-End-Verantwortung für unsere Brillenglasprodukte über den gesamten Lebenszyklus
- Sie planen Absatz und Mengen auf Länderebene in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb und Geschäftsführung
- Sie wirken bei der strategischen Weiterentwicklung des Produktportfolios mit
- Sie konzipieren, setzen um und begleiten praxisnahe Marketing- und Produkteinführungsmaßnahmen
- Sie erstellen Schulungsunterlagen für Brillengläser, Beschichtungen und Tools und leiten eigenverantwortlich kleine bis mittelgroße Projekte

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Augenoptik bzw. augenoptischen Industrie, idealerweise im Produktmanagement oder in einer produktnahen Funktion
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Augenoptik, eine augenoptische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie besitzen ein praxisnahes technisches Verständnis für Brillengläser und deren Herstellung und haben Erfahrung in mittelständischen Strukturen
- Sie haben eine Hands-on-Mentalität mit strukturierter, selbstständiger und pragmatischer Arbeitsweise
- Sie zeichnen sich durch ausgeprägte Analysefähigkeit sowie wirtschaftliches und marktorientiertes Denken aus
- Sie sind kommunikationsstark, haben Organisationstalent und treten sicher gegenüber Kund:innen auf

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
