- Sie beraten Kund:innen ganzheitlich zu Finanzthemen, wie Anlageberatung, und Altersvorsorge

- Sie bauen langfristige, vertrauensvolle Kundenbeziehungen auf und pflegen diese
- Sie begleiten Kund:innen bei Entscheidungsprozessen und Produktimplementierungen
- Sie führen Beratungsgespräche persönlich und kompetent durch

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie bringen mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfsahrung als Finanzberater (m/w/d) mit
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Finanzen, Wirtschaft, Bankwesen oder vergleichbar
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Kenntnisse zu finanziellen Produkten, wie Investmentfonds, und Altersvorsorge
- Sie haben ein starkes Interesse an nachhaltigen Finanzlösungen, individueller Beratung und langfristiger Kundenbeziehung
- Sie sind kommunikationsstark und in der Lage, komplexe Inhalte verständlich zu erklären
- Sie zeichnen sich durch hohe Kundenorientierung, Empathie und Verlässlichkeit aus
- Sie arbeiten selbstständig sowie teamfähig in einem kleinen, dynamischen Beraterteam und haben idealerweise erste Erfahrung in der Finanzberatung oder im Finanzvertrieb

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
