Was erwartet dich?
- Du erstellst mit CAD-Software wie Revit präzise technische Zeichnungen und 3D-Modelle für gebäudetechnische Anlagen (HLSK & Elektro).
- Du führst eigenständig technische Berechnungen durch, um die optimale Dimensionierung und Effizienz der Anlagensysteme sicherzustellen.
- Du wirkst bei der Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen mit und unterstützt das Projektteam aktiv bei der Kosten- und Terminkontrolle.
- In enger Abstimmung mit Architekt:innen und Fachplaner:innen entwickelst du integrierte und stimmige Gesamtkonzepte.
- Du stellst durch eine sorgfältige Prüfung sicher, dass deine Planungen alle relevanten Normen und technischen Vorschriften erfüllen.
- Du begleitest die Bauausführung und unterstützt bei der Überwachung der Installation und Inbetriebnahme der von dir geplanten Anlagen vor Ort.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst eine passende Ausbildung (z. B. Technische:r Systemplaner:in) oder ein Studium (z. B. Gebäudetechnik, Elektrotechnik) mit.
- Du bist versiert im Umgang mit CAD-Software – idealerweise hast du bereits mit Revit gearbeitet.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist eigenständig und strukturiert, und du hast Spaß daran, technische Probleme zu lösen.
- Als kommunikative:r Teamplayer:in stimmst du dich gerne mit Kolleg:innen und externen Partner:innen ab.
- Erfahrung in einem Ingenieur- oder Planungsbüro ist ein Pluspunkt, aber keine Voraussetzung.
- Für eine reibungslose Zusammenarbeit sprichst du fließend Deutsch (C1) und beherrschst die gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen.
