Was erwartet Sie?
- Von Anfang an übernimmst du Verantwortung und wirst aktiv in vielseitige Mandate eingebunden vom klassischen Zivilrecht über Arbeitsrecht bis hin zu wirtschaftsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
- Du berätst und vertrittst unsere Mandant:innen in unterschiedlichen zivilrechtlichen Themen, z.B. Vertragsrecht, arbeitsrechtliche Auseinandersetzungen, sowie spannende wirtschaftsrechtliche Fälle
- Du entwickelst deinen fachlichen Schwerpunkt entsprechend deiner Stärken und Interessen weiter und bringst deine Expertise gezielt in die Mandatsarbeit ein
- Du pflegst und entwickelst bestehende Mandantenbeziehungen weiter und gewinnst Neue hinzu
- Gemeinsam mit Kolleg:innen aus anderen Fachbereichen erarbeitest du interdisziplinäre Lösungen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften mit guten Ergebnissen im 1. und 2. Staatsexamen
- Praktische Erfahrung im zivilrechtlichen Bereich – idealerweise ergänzt durch Kenntnisse im Arbeits- oder Erbrecht, sowie Erfahrung in einer Kanzlei
- Du überzeugst durch souveränes Auftreten, Teamgeist und unternehmerisches Denken
- Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten, Einsatzbereitschaft und Verantwortungsbewusstsein zeichnen dich aus
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office; erste Kenntnisse in DATEV sind ein Plus

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
