- Du gewinnst aktiv Neukunden im B2B-Umfeld (KMU und Start-ups) deutschlandweit
- Du recherchierst eigenständig, identifizierst und sprichst potenzielle Neukunden an
- Du führst telefonische, digitale und persönliche Kaltakquise durch
- Du führst Erstgespräche, Bedarfsanalysen und Präsentationen unseres Dienstleistungsportfolios (online und vor Ort) durch
- Du generierst qualifizierte Kundenanfragen und vereinbarst Termine für weiterführende Gespräche
- Du baust deine Sales-Pipeline auf, pflegst sie und entwickelst sie kontinuierlich weiter
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Vertriebsteam zur Übergabe qualifizierter Leads zusammen
- Du repräsentierst unser Unternehmen auf Messen, Branchen-Events und Kundenterminen
- Du baust ein starkes, branchenübergreifendes Netzwerk auf und pflegst es

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb, idealerweise in der Neukundengewinnung
- Du besitzt Empathie und Überzeugungskraft – du erkennst Kundenbedürfnisse und berätst auf Augenhöhe
- Du hast Leistungswille, Disziplin und Durchhaltevermögen – hohe Ziele motivieren dich
- Du übernimmst hohe Eigenverantwortung und arbeitest strukturiert sowie selbstständig
- Du trittst sicher und souverän auf – telefonisch, digital und persönlich
- Du bist ein:e empathische:r Teamplayer:in und bringst unterschiedliche Projektbeteiligte wirkungsvoll zusammen
- Du bist gerne unterwegs und trittst in jedem Setting parkettsicher auf
- Du hast idealerweise Branchenkenntnisse im EMS-Umfeld, aber es ist kein Muss
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung oder ein entsprechendes Studium
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein Klasse B und Freude am Außendienst
- Du hast verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
