- Du übernimmst die volle Verantwortung für deine Filiale, führst und entwickelst dein Team aus Augenoptiker:innen und bist die erste Ansprechperson für alle operativen und personellen Themen.
- Du stellst ein erstklassiges Kundenerlebnis sicher, berätst aktiv im Verkauf und nutzt deine fachliche Expertise, um die Wünsche unserer Kund:innen optimal zu erfüllen.
- Du analysierst die relevanten betriebswirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen, steuerst damit den wirtschaftlichen Erfolg deines Stores und verantwortest die Personaleinsatz- sowie die Warenbestandsplanung.
- Als fachliches Vorbild sicherst du die hohen Qualitätsstandards in der Werkstatt sowie bei der augenoptischen Beratung und entwickelst die Prozesse in deinem Verantwortungsbereich stetig weiter.
