Was erwartet dich?
- Als erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kund:innen nimmst du Serviceaufträge für Nutzfahrzeuge entgegen und berätst kompetent zu Reparaturen und Wartungen.
- Du planst und koordinierst Werkstatt-Termine EDV-gestützt und sorgst so für eine optimale Auslastung des Teams.
- In enger Abstimmung mit der Werkstatt erstellst du fahrzeugbezogene Wartungspläne und transparente Kostenvoranschläge.
- Du begleitest den gesamten Serviceprozess, informierst Kund:innen proaktiv über den Status und koordinierst die finale Fahrzeugübergabe.
- Du verantwortest die sorgfältige Auftragsdokumentation und die damit verbundene Rechnungsstellung.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung im Automobilsektor, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Zertifizierung als Serviceberater:in.
- Du bringst mindestens 2 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung mit, am besten aus dem Nutzfahrzeug-Bereich.
- Du arbeitest selbstständig und zuverlässig, bist aber auch ein echter Teamplayer und hast Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt.
- Du bist fit im Umgang mit den gängigen Computerprogrammen und idealerweise vertraut mit Werkstatt-Planungssystemen.
- Für die reibungslose Kommunikation mit unseren Kund:innen sprichst du fließend Deutsch (mind. C1).

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
