Was erwartet dich?
- Du steuerst und überwachst die fachgerechte Ausführung aller elektrotechnischen Arbeiten auf der Baustelle, von der Installation bis zur finalen Abnahme.
- Du verantwortest die Einhaltung aller relevanten Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsvorschriften (z.B. VDE) und bist erste Ansprechperson vor Ort.
- Du koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit im Team sowie mit Nachunternehmen und agierst als zentrale Schnittstelle zu Projektleitung und Architekt:innen.
- Für einen transparenten Projektverlauf erstellst Du eine lückenlose Dokumentation, von Aufmaßen über Bautagesberichte bis hin zu Abnahmeprotokollen.
- Du betreust unsere Kund:innen während der gesamten Bauphase, berätst sie bei technischen Fragen und sorgst für eine hohe Zufriedenheit.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung, ein Studium oder einen Meistertitel im Bereich Elektrotechnik.
- Du bringst Berufserfahrung in der Elektrotechnik mit, idealerweise bereits in der Bauleitung.
- Du bist vertraut mit der Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung von Bauprojekten und kennst die relevanten Normen und Vorschriften (z.B. VDE, VOB).
- Als kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit überzeugst du mit Durchsetzungsvermögen und einem ausgeprägten Organisationstalent, um dein Team und Projekte sicher zu leiten.
- Du sprichst verhandlungssicheres Deutsch, um eine reibungslose Kommunikation mit allen Projektbeteiligten zu gewährleisten.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
