Was erwartet dich?
- Du koordinierst und überwachst die Montagearbeiten vor Ort als Bauleitung
- Du leitest und führst das Montagepersonal, einschließlich der Koordination von Fremdleistungen wie Subunternehmern
- Du stellst sicher, dass die Arbeiten fristgerecht abgeschlossen werden, indem du die Terminplanung und -überwachung übernimmst
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Bereitstellung und Verwaltung der benötigten Materialien
- Du überprüfst die ausgeführten Arbeiten auf Einhaltung der Qualitätsstandards und überwachst die Sicherheit auf der Baustelle
- Du fungierst als Schnittstelle zwischen Projektleitung, Kund:innen und Montagepersonal und erstellst Aufmaße sowie Dokumentationen der geleisteten Arbeiten

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, zum Beispiel als Elektroniker:in oder Elektriker:in
- Du bringst Berufserfahrung als Monteur:in im Elektrobereich mit
- Du verfügst über Kenntnisse im Bereich Baustellenführung und Projektmanagement
- Du besitzt Führungsqualitäten und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Du hast Organisationsgeschick und übernimmst gerne Eigenverantwortung
- Du kennst die einschlägigen Normen und Vorschriften, wie zum Beispiel VDE
