Was erwartet dich?
- Du planst und projektierst gebäudetechnische Anlagen in den Bereichen Heizung, Klima, Lüftung und Sanitär (HKLS)
- Du erstellst technische Konzepte und Auslegungen für HKLS-Systeme, inklusive Dimensionierung und Berechnung der Anlagenkomponenten
- Du arbeitest mit Architekt:innen, Bauherr:innen und anderen Fachplaner:innen zusammen, um eine reibungslose Projektabwicklung sicherzustellen
- Du überwachst und koordinierst die technische Umsetzung und Qualitätssicherung im gesamten Projektverlauf
- Du erstellst Ausschreibungen und Vergabeunterlagen und wirkst bei der Bauüberwachung in Abstimmung mit der verantwortlichen Projekt- und Bauleitung mit
- Du erstellst Entwurfs-, Ausführungs-, Montage- und Revisionszeichnungen mittels AutoCAD und DDS-CAD nach HOAI und hältst aktuelle Normen und Vorschriften (z.B. DIN, VOB) ein

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Versorgungstechnik, Technischen Gebäudeausrüstung (TGA) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Planung und Projektierung von HKLS-Anlagen
- Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in der Anwendung relevanter Normen und Vorschriften sowie technisches Verständnis für HKLS-Systeme
- Du hast Erfahrung mit Planungssoftware (z. B. AutoCAD, PlancalNova, BIM) und bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und bist teamfähig
- Du bist kommunikationsstark, flexibel und arbeitest eigenverantwortlich

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
