Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest den gesamten 360-Grad-Recruiting-Prozess, von der Akquise neuer Unternehmenskunden im IT-Sektor bis zur Betreuung deiner Bestandskunden.
- In enger Abstimmung mit den Entscheider:innen analysierst Du den Personalbedarf und erstellst aussagekräftige Stellenprofile, um die richtigen IT-Fachkräfte anzusprechen.
- Du identifizierst passende Kandidat:innen über verschiedene Kanäle, führst Interviews und begleitest sie als vertrauensvoller Coach durch den gesamten Bewerbungsprozess.
- Du übernimmst das passgenaue Matching zwischen Unternehmen und IT-Spezialist:innen, koordinierst die Vorstellungsgespräche und führst Vertragsverhandlungen bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss.
- Du beobachtest aktiv die Marktentwicklungen im IT-Personalmarkt und bringst eigene Ideen zur Weiterentwicklung unserer digitalen Vertriebs- und Recruiting-Strategien ein.

- Ein professionelles und überzeugendes Auftreten ist für dich selbstverständlich, um unser Unternehmen bei Kunden und Kandidaten erfolgreich zu repräsentieren.
- Deine proaktive und vertriebsorientierte Denkweise treibt dich an, neue Wege zu gehen und gemeinsam mit uns zu wachsen.
- Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und kannst bei Bedarf sicher ins Englische wechseln.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
