Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der IT-Infrastruktur und digitalen Geschäftsprozesse
- Sie implementieren und dokumentieren ERP-Prozesse mit Schwerpunkt auf SAP B1
- Sie administrieren und verbessern kontinuierlich die IT-Systeme sowie deren Schnittstellen zu relevanten Softwarelösungen
- Sie betreuen Anwender:innen im First-Level Support für ERP sowie im Second-Level Support für Netzwerk- und Anwendungssoftware
- Sie leiten und setzen IT-Projekte mit Fokus auf Digitalisierung und Effizienzsteigerung um
- Sie organisieren die Beschaffung von Hard- und Software und verwalten Lizenzen und Zugriffsberechtigungen, während Sie externe IT-Dienstleister steuern und die Systemverfügbarkeit und Datensicherheit sicherstellen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen, vorzugsweise SAP B1
- Sie konnten bereits Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT-Projektmanagement, IT Administration o.ä. sammeln
- Sie haben bestenfalls Erfahrung im produzierenden Gewerbe, idealerweise im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau
- Sie besitzen Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Datenbanken, insbesondere Microsoft SQL Server, und Know-how in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung digitaler Lösungen
- Sie zeigen Kreativität und Eigeninitiative bei der Realisierung von IT-Projekten
- Sie denken unternehmerisch, haben Teamgeist und Kommunikationsstärke

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
