Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die eigenständige Instandsetzung von Unfallschäden, von komplexen Richtbankarbeiten bis hin zur Erneuerung von Karosserieteilen an diversen Fahrzeugtypen.
- Mithilfe moderner Diagnosegeräte liest du Fehler aus, interpretierst die Daten und leitest daraus die notwendigen Reparaturschritte ab.
- Du führst allgemeine Karosserie- und Montagearbeiten durch und stellst sicher, dass alle Reparaturen exakt nach Herstellervorgaben umgesetzt werden.
- In enger Abstimmung mit deinen Teamkollegen löst du auch knifflige Fälle und verantwortest die abschließende Qualitätskontrolle deiner Arbeit für ein perfektes Ergebnis.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Karosseriebauer (m/w/d) und bringst mindestens zwei Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung mit.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit modernen Diagnosegeräten und in der Durchführung von Fehleranalysen.
- Eine selbstständige, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise und echter Teamgeist zeichnen dich aus.
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1).
- Idealerweise besitzt du einen Führerschein der Klasse B.
