- Du klassifizierst gemeinsam mit dem strategischen Einkauf unseren Lieferantenstamm, identifizierst strategische Partner:innen und leitest gezielt Entwicklungsmaßnahmen zur Innovations- und Leistungssteigerung ab
- Du führst KPI-Systeme und Scorecards ein, etablierst regelmäßige Business Reviews und sorgst für volle Transparenz bei der Leistungserbringung. Du auditierst Lieferant:innen und minimierst Risiken in der Lieferkette proaktiv
- Du bewertest bestehende und potenzielle Lieferant:innen auf Basis regulatorischer Anforderungen (LkSG, CSDDD, CSRD, ISO) und stellst die Einhaltung von Richtlinien wie NIS2 oder C5 sicher
- Du analysierst die Ist-Situation und treibst die Digitalisierung im Supplier Management voran, um einen effizienten globalen End-to-End-Prozess vom Onboarding bis zum Phase-Out zu gewährleisten
- Du berätst interne Stakeholder als Expert:in in beschaffungsrelevanten Fragen, übersetzt technische Anforderungen in vertragliche Lösungen und unterstützt bei Verhandlungen mit kritischen internationalen Lieferant:innen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Supply Chain Management oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Qualifikation
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im strategischen Einkauf, Category Management oder speziell im Supplier Relationship Management mit
- Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in IT-Beschaffungskategorien wie Software/SaaS, Cloud/Datacenter, Hardware oder IT-Services
- Du besitzt ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für regulatorische Anforderungen und Risikomanagement und weißt, wie man diese in Lieferantenbewertungen integriert
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Gestaltung und Digitalisierung von Beschaffungsprozessen und bist sicher im Umgang mit gängigen e-Sourcing- oder SRM-Tools
- Du hast eine ausgeprägte "Hands-on"-Mentalität, fühlst dich in einem dynamischen Umfeld wohl und bist interdisziplinäres Denken und Handeln gewohnt
